The intention that was held for this session was to release the sadness of the past and focus on the beautiful new adventures that lie ahead. With Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes (Aqua and Aria), rainsticks, body tuning forks C and G from Biosonics, a harmonic chime box (octave), and moving into chakra crystal bowls and vocal resonance, starting with E solar plexus and moving into the heart, throat, and third eye chakras ending with the root and throat 5th healing interval and E solar plexus calling in the new. A final angel bell choir with 2 cowbells, celebrating the new adventures.
